We use a high quality print company out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida that strive to ship and protect the integrity of their prints thoroughly. Prints on high gloss paper or matte finish will be either rolled and shipped in  protected tube with tissue paper protecting the print alternatively based on packaging availability prints may be shipped rolled out flat with multiple layers of protection to prevent bending or corner damage. Should you find the product damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately for a replacement free of charge.  

IMPORTANT! Please do not handle prints without gloves. Prints could be damaged by bare hands and fingers possibly creating irreversible smudges and fingerprints could be permanently adhered to the photo by touching with bare skin. Prints already framed should limit the touching of the acrylic surface and can be gently cleaned with a microfiber cloth or coffee filter it is always recommended to use protection to limit fingerprints while handling the print framed and unframed.

Cleaning! DO NOT spray the print directly. Spray the towel or filter lightly first. Do not swirl in circles this can cause micro scratches on acrylic over time. Wipe side to side and up and down.  Light dusting is always recommended first. Please research as well best methods for cleaning.
